January 19, 2013 Saturday morning walk: First stop, the Warren Store, for a Ruetzler breakfast sandwich. Armed with a full belly, Daisy and I set out around the Sugarbush snow making pond - with George. It was slow going around the far side of the pond - snowshoes would have helped, but George bounded along happily with us in tow. No nudies out today. Safe from them I think for another few months! Stopped on the way home to pick up some english muffins so that we can make our own ruetzlers this weekend.

Later, with machine still on the blink, I hand-stitched a leather necklace pouch. I know it's supposed to be cool to hand-stitch everything these days but I feel that the art of machine stitching is as much an accomplishment and I for one, love the look. So, I am waiting for a new part and will be making a more polished version once my Bull is mended.
